Shipping Policy
All orders placed via prepaid methods (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) and Cash on Delivery (COD) will be delivered to the shipping address provided during order placement by Nineteen Insoles Private Limited.
Timeframe for Order Processing (Mumbai)
If your shipping address is in Mumbai, your order will typically be delivered within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase. We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Shipments in Mumbai will be handled by one of our trusted delivery partners through ShipRocket.
Timeframe for Order Processing (Rest of India)
For orders with shipping addresses outside Mumbai, delivery is expected within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Nineteen Insoles Private Limited works diligently to process and ship your orders promptly. Shipments across India will be facilitated by our delivery partner through ShipRocket.
Non-Delivery of Packages
Incorrect Address:
We strongly recommend verifying the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing the order on our website. Nineteen Insoles Private Limited cannot assume responsibility if the provided delivery address is incorrect. In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, the order status will be considered closed. Please double-check to ensure your address is current and accurate.
Address Format:
If you specify a Post Office Box (PO Box) as your shipping address, some of our shipping partners may be unable to deliver your package. We will attempt to contact you to request an alternate address before shipping. If an alternate address is not available, we will be unable to process the order, and the order status will be considered closed.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
Our shipping partner will make up to three delivery attempts for your package. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the order status will be considered closed.
Refused by Recipient:
If you are sending a gift to someone and the recipient refuses to accept the package, believing it was sent in error, the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. To avoid this, please inform your gift recipient in advance. Once the package is returned to us, the order will be considered closed.
